Following-up on CTA’s inaugural Reuse, Resell, Recycle: Exploring the Secondary Mobile Device Market report from 2021, this study is designed to understand consumer attitudes and behaviors when it comes to the lifecycle of secondary mobile devices, such as smartphones and cellular phones.

Specifically, this report aims to:

• Identify consumer market share of secondary (e.g., secondhand, used and certified refurbished) mobile devices against new ones along with their drivers for ownership
