This CTA research was conducted to better understand how business leaders (e.g., COO, HR, DEI, CTO) in the technology industry are currently using (or plan to use) new and emerging technologies, such as AI, AR/VR, metaverse and quantum computing.

Specific objectives include:

• Explore the benefits and understand perceptions of emerging technology, including any concerns on using emerging technology
• Identify the current use of new emerging technologies as well as barriers to using emerging technology
• Gauge exploratory uses of emerging technology in the workplace in the near future
