Consumer Perceptions: DIY & Professional Installations of Home Technology
This report seeks to understand consumers' sentiments and behaviors when installing technology products in their homes and if certain product setups, assemblies or installations warrant the services of a professional rather than "do it yourself" (DIY). Specifically, this research is intended to:
