The primary goal of this research is to understand the role of future jobs and the impact they have on how employers invest in American’s workforce. To achieve this goal, an online survey was sent to CTA member companies to gain insights on the current landscape of U.S. jobs and business hiring practices. Additional case studies were performed with corporate leaders within the technology industry to examine how resources are being used to train and upskill Americans across the country.
