For the fourth year, CTA surveyed tech industry leaders on workforce issues to understand the role of future jobs and the impact they have on how employers invest in America’s workforce. The results reflect despite workforce disruption resulting from the pandemic, technology companies, both large and small, need more employees with technical skills and need to adapt to challenges in finding and retaining qualified talent over the next five years.
