The primary goal of this research is to better understand perspectives on technology use amid the shift to remote education resulting from the coronavirus health crisis. Specific research objectives include:

• Determine which technology products are being used in remote education by children preschool through 12th grade and educators who teach preschool through 12th-grade classes;
• Understand the importance of different technology products and services in remote education; and
• Understand parents' and educators' views on the efficacy of remote education.
