This study attempts to understand attitudes and behavior when it comes to buying new technology products and accessories. Specific objectives include:
- Measure expected useful life and current age of consumer tech products/accessories
- Identify new and used/certified refurbished purchase rates
- Identify resources used by consumers for product research
- Identify factors that lead to end of useful life for products
- Gauge frequency of product upgrades and replacement
- Role of e-Cycling/re-use in consumer decisions
