Technology advancements are dramatically changing our nation’s workforce. The 21st Century Workforce Council focuses on addressing the impact of the changing industry as it relates to pipeline, recruitment, talent management and retention.
The 21st Century Workforce Council meets quarterly to share best practices, address business challenges and develop strategies related to emerging technologies, soft skills gaps, upskilling/reskilling, AI/Automation trends, RTO, and other relevant areas. The council is comprised of executives responsible for areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, workforce development, human resources, and related areas.
