Innovation for All Fund

At CTA we firmly hold that we are in a race for talent. It is imperative that we take full advantage of the diverse talent the U.S. has to offer to compete and the most successful and innovative companies will be those led by diverse teams.

It's as critical that we don't miss out on the innovation the next unicorn startup has to offer because they lacked investment. Women and underrepresented founders do not attract the same level of venture funding. According to Pitchbook, women founders raised $38.8 billion in 2024, a 27% increase from the previous year. However, the number of deals dropped by 13.1%, and female founders received a small share of total US venture capital funding in terms of both deal count and value.

That's why CTA has invested $10 million, and at CES 2025 announced an additional $5 million in funding, into venture firms and funds focused on funding underrepresented founders, entrepreneurs, and diverse leadership teams.
