The Consumer Technology Association Foundation hosted our annual pitch competition live at CES 2024!

Our eight finalists brought a burst of innovation, unveiling cutting-edge technologies aimed at enhancing health across all ages and abilities.

CTA Foundation Pitch Competition Stage CES 2024

Benefits for the Pitch Winner

The winner of the CTA Foundation Pitch Competition will receive the following:

  • The Judge’s winner will receive $3,000. The Audience Choice winner will receive $2,000.
  • Recognition and interview opportunities through the CTA Foundation network
  • Meeting opportunities with CTA Foundation Executives and Trustees
  • The CTA Foundation would like to feature the grand prize winner in the new series produced for the CTA by BBC StoryWorks Commercial Productions: The Human Component creating a branded film to tell the story of the winning innovation, and the endeavor of the people behind it to global audiences. Here is a reminder of the first series launched last year on BBC.com: Technology’s Golden Age.
  • Be featured as part of Established’s Startup of the Year Podcast.

  • The Patient Safety Technology Challenge is adding an additional prize, selecting one pitching company to win an award selected by their judges during the pitch. They are looking for technologies that solve problems related to medical errors and harm to patients, particularly related to medication-related errors, errors during patient care (e.g. blood clots, pressure injuries), procedural/surgical-related errors, infections or diagnostic errors.

Eligible Companies

Companies eligible to participate in the pitch competition must meet the following criteria:

  • Have less than $1 million in annual revenue.
  • Have raised less than $30 million in investments.
  • A CES 2024 Exhibitor
