CTA Announces Agreement With Veteran Industry Publishing Executive Eric Schwartz

The Consumer Technology Association (CTA) today announced a consulting partnership with veteran tech industry publishing executive Eric Schwartz to help connect companies with advertising and sponsorship opportunities with the association and at CES® – the global stage for innovation.

“We’re proud to have such an accomplished and knowledgeable tech insider joining our team and supporting our world-class industry relationships,” said Karen Chupka, EVP, CES. “We’ve enjoyed numerous partnerships and success with Eric and his team at NAPCO over the years.”

Among the opportunities Schwartz will support, helping connect advertisers with CTA’s flagship publication It Is Innovation (i3), which focuses on innovation in technology, policy and business as well as the entrepreneurs, industry leaders and startups that grow the consumer technology industry.

After spending four decades as a publication executive in the consumer technology sector, Schwartz is launching his own company, Catapult Communications, offering brand awareness and sales strategies to strengthen clients’ go-to-market offerings. Previously, he served as managing director and executive producer at NAPCO Media, president and founder of CarSound and AutoMedia magazines, and publisher of Video magazine.
